Clicking the Stop button will update the work interval's fields
as well as the Total time charged and Amount due fields.
If you have the record still displayed, xqtime will update
the field contents. If the record is not displayed (e.g. you decided
to look for another record), the appropriate fields are still
updated and will be current the next time you visit the project.
The Start and Dismiss buttons will become enabled
and the Stop button becomes disabled.
