NAME
qnewdb - Build a new qddb relation directory.
SYNOPSIS
qnewdb RelationDirectory ...
DESCRIPTION
qnewdb
initializes a new qddb relation directory, placing all necessary files and
directories in the relation directory. The
Schema
file
must
be edited after the directory is created and before the relation is
used.
RelationDirectory
may be an absolute pathname.

DIAGNOSTICS
qnewdb exits with a 0 status on success, 1 otherwise.
